Hello, i have my H1b Petition filed in the year 2008 and i never worked on the same, as i was on the L1. I withdrew the same on 2011. And i was working on L1 for 3 years. So is it Possible, I can reuse my same H1b petition again now, with getting into the cap.
Lets say, is it possible, if i want to reuse the same(H1b Petition of 2008) in July 2014?
