    Applying premium processing for H1 while H1 extension is in progress

    Hi,

    My H1 extension was filed in October 2013 and it is still under initial review. I would like to know if it is possible to apply for premium H1 processing by the same employer to expedite this process? Your responses are greatly appreciated.
