My wife and me are on H1. we went to india in 2003, and we were issued i-94
on our return. For my wife the i-94 issued at POE is till nov 2005. After coming back my wife changed to a new employer,and got a new h1 approval notice. This approval is given till may 2006,and it came attached with i-94.
In this case which exaclty is the i-94 expiration date. Do we need to apply for h1 extension now or wait till next may
