Hi,
My wife got admission to do her masters with assistantship and I am undecided on her status to be F1 or H4.
My wife came to US on H4 visa. My I-140 is approved but she was not part of it as we were not married then. Here are my questions..
1. If she changes her status to F1, can I include her when I file my I-485?
2. If I cannot include her in I-485 on F1, can she change her status back to H4 and then file I-485?
I know about the EAD rule for H4 visa holders. I am wondering if I have to wait for this.
