My h1b was filed by an profit organization A in April 2014. My petition got selected in lottery. I am waiting for the approval of petition now. Recently I got selected by a non profit organization B who are ready to sponsor my h1b under cap exempt. What will happen to my previous h1b petition with A if I want to file my new h1b petition with B. Is there any possibly if I can work till step end with non profit organization b and from oct start working with A.
