Concern with TN to H1B... Help please
Hi.
Hopefully you can help me with my concern.
I have TN visa for the moment, but company A start the process for get my H1B(first time), I was selected and the process is going forward, I have the case number and also my I-797 form, status is Initial Review.
But last week I got a call from company B for a better position, So I want to move to company B.
My questions are:
Its possible that company B continue the process of H1B?
In the worst escenario its possible to cancel process H1B without prejudice and obtain a new TN for the new company?
Its possible to obtain green card after 3 years of TN?
