Can 2 companies file for H4 to H1 [cap exempt using earlier H1B] transfer same time?
My visa went from H1B to H4 sometime back. I got an offer from company A, who filed for my H1[cap exempt] using old H1B.
I got one more offer from company B, which I want to finally join and they are ready to file my H1B too using the same old H1B under cap exempt.
Can Company B file for myH4 to H1 transfer successfully, even though company A also did the same? [Will company A's filing of H4 to H1B transfer affect company B's filing of the same H4 to H1 transfer?].
I know that 2 companies can file for H1B transfer at the same time w/o issues, but H4 to H1, I am not sure. Please advise.
