Hi,
I am currently working for Company A, but I have already accepted an offer from Company B even though we have not set a start date and I have not told my current employer. I have a trip scheduled to go back to China during next two weeks and during which I'll have to obtain a new visa stamp to enter the US. Company B will file for H1B transfer during my visit in China. I am worried about 1) Can I apply for the visa stamp with my current H1b petition with Company A even though another petition is pending? I will continue to work for Company A for two more weeks once I get back to US. 2) will there be any problem with the new H1b peition from Company B since I'll have a difrerent I-94 when I enter US?
