Dear all,
I got an H1-B visa through "Employer-A" which was stamped on "18-Sep-2008" and expired on "17-Sep-2011". I never traveled US on this H1 visa.
I came to US in Mar-2011 on L1 visa for "Employer-B" and my current client contract is expiring in Nov-2014. In this case, can my future employer file a change of status from L1-H1 using Cap-Exempt category after Nov'2014?
I'm in a very bad state now, so please advise the possible options.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Dhivya
