I had a question regarding reuse of H1 petition.
I had got a H1B in October 2007. It was subjected to Cap. I worked on it in USA from June 2008 to June 2009 and have been on H4 till date.(i.e Sep 2014)
Now if I get a new job can i be cap exempted? If yes is there any time limit during which I need to switch to H1 to avail cap exemption?
