Hi,
My H1 and my wife's H4 are valid till Oct 16, 2014. My wife had to travel out of US in August.
My employer filed H1 and H4 extension in 1st week of Sep. My wife cannot travel back until Oct 5.
If new approvals do not come by then and she enters US on old visa (10 days to visa expiry), will extension approval be fine and she get a new I94?
