I currently hold a cap-exempt H1 visa with a non-profit company 'A'.
A for-profit company 'B' filed cap-subject H1 under April 2014 quota and it got approved. Due to personal reasons, I am not ready to start employment with company 'B' until 06/2015 and I will be continuing my employment with company 'A' using my cap-exempt visa.
If company 'B' revokes my H1 visa either before or after Oct 1st 2014:
- If I intend to join same company 'B' in future, will I be treated under cap-exempt quota or do I need to again apply for April cap-subject quota?
- If I intend to join another for-profit company 'C' in future, will I be treated under cap-exempt quota or do I need to again apply for April cap-subject quota?
In either case, would it matter if the revocation happens before Oct 1st or after Oct1st?
