My wife was on L2 VISA and recently a consulting company sponsored H1B through COS which got approved and is effective from Oct 2014.Below are my queries which I seek more information
· Consultancy haven't added her into payroll yet and says until they are able to find project for her they cannot take her to company. So will her H1B still be valid until she joins company and also is there any
maximum time period for her to join company.
· Does she has to pay taxes for designated salary as mentioned by consulting company even if she is not yet working for them.
· Can she get H1b transfer to other company while she is not an employee of that consulting company?
