Hello,
Currently I am in H1b working for employer A. I have a job offer from Employer B ( he is willing to transfer the H1B visa ). I like to stay with Employer A if they are willing t?offer me a pay increase . What would be the right way to do this ? Should i transfer the visa to Employer B and then tell Employer A that I will leave, unless my pay is increased ?
If the visa transfer request is approved for Employer B, then can that be cancelled so that i can stay working for employer A if I was given a pay hike ?
I am very confused right now . Your help is appreciated .
