Gender marked incorrectly in I129 petition. Is this a matter of concern?

Hello All,

I have my H1B visa interview scheduled on 21st Oct, but today I noticed that my Gender information filled by my petitioner is "FEMALE" by mistake. However I have filled in correctly in D160 as MALE. Should this be a matter of concern?

Experts, please help me in this regard.
