Hi,
I worked for Company X who has processed my H1b and they asked me to work for them 1 year. I worked in san farancisco for 6 months then i quit. now they are demanding near 18k for not completing 1 year with them. is it legal in california to calim like this? please help me to understand. now they are threatening me saying they will file a lawsuit against me.
P.S : They didnt give my Overtime salary as they agreed to give and also my last month salary
