change of H4 transfer to new employer of H-1B Via holder

Hi,

I have applied for H-1B visa transfer to new employer but new employer said that I can apply for transfer of H4 visa after my H-1B is approved,

Both H-1B and H4 are still valid for more 1 year.

Will there be any issues if i go out of US and return USA without H4 transfer to new employer. Please let me know if there is any risk?
