Hi guys,
I need some help with my situation...I am currently working in US on H-1B visa and would like to go on vacation to Costa Rica or Mexico for 2-3 weeks.
I am also Canadian, but have not been in Canada since I got my J-1 visa changed to H1-B a few months ago. I believe I still have I-94 from J-1 in my passpor...
Should I go to Canada to get a new I-94 and stamp at the Port of Entry or can I do it at the time of my trevel to Mexico or Costa Rica?
Please let me know your opinion!!!
