My spouse has an approved I-140 and I am currently on an H1 visa but my employer would not file for my greencard. With the new H4 EAD rule, what would be the best way to get an EAD through my spouses approved I-140. Do I need to convert to H4 to be able to use this rule or can I get an EAD without the conversion?
