J1 exchange visitor having an offer of work sponsor, want support in procedure

Hi,
I am a dairy professional having graduation in animal sciences and 2 yr work exp. After degree. Currently I am on J1 ending in june 2015. One employer is willing to sponsor me for H1B visa. I want to know application procedure, required documents and else necessory things.
