Hi,
My name is Manu Govind.k, I got my H1 approved on November 2004, but when I went for Stamping at the US Consulate I was refused the H1 visa under 221(g), because I didn’t had my MCA certificate as I had 2 more papers to complete. This happened in May 2005, now I have completed my MCA. Now I am thinking of re-appearing for the Interview, when I enquired at the University , they told me that I will be only getting the Provisional degree Certificate and not the Original Certificate, it would take another 6 -8 months to get the Original and my Employer won’t wait till that time. So, I just wanted to know whether the Provisional Certificate would be enough at the Consulate. Please help me…..
