URGENT: 6 Working days gap before joining new employer
Hi all,
I am on H1B and have an approved visa transfer for a new employer since 1-Dec-2014.
My last day at my current employer is 23-Dec-2014.
My Joining date at new employer is 5-Jan-2015.
I would not be on payroll between 24th December 2014 and 4th Jan 2015. Would I be out of status during this period?
I plan to go to my home country for visa stamping around March 2015. Will this gap in employment cause issues in visa stamping?
