Looking for help in the following situation.
I had my stamping today for H1b. I had a DUI 3 years back in USA. The DUI did not include any conviction.I was handed a blue slip and my passport and was told to complete a physician evaluation.
I have an appointment booked for friday morning for my appointment.
My questions are:
How long does this take in the chennai consulate.
Are there any chances of rejection.
looking for some help as am totally clueless.
