I filed a CAPEXEMPT petition went for VI on Aug was given 221g got communication from consulate stating it has been sent back to USICS for revoking.They have told petitioner will be contacted before revoking & given chance to explain, on what circumstances it has returned by consulate.Still if it is revoked by USICS, i will not be allowed to apply for any visa in future.I am not sure what went wrong.Can i file a capexempt petition before it is revoked by USICS?Is it legal to file another capexempt petition?
