How to utilize my expired H1B Visa
I am working for a company "X" since 2010.
I am still continuing for the same company "X" till now.
During the year 2013-2014, i was filing for H1B through a different consultancy "Y" and got my Petition approved for 1 year (until Sep 2014). I have also got my H1B Visa approved which was valid until 2014 Sep which was same as my petition validity.
Due to some personal reasons, i could not able to travel to US and continuing with my current employer "X". Now my Visa/petition got expired.
I would like to know if i can apply for H1B through the cap exemption category through a different employer/sponsor - "ABC" now?
Please advise and provide any useful website link on this if any.
