Hello All,
My H1B is valid till June-16, my prevailing wage was applied on Oct-14 today I received an email from Attorney that Prevailing wage received unusable from DOL. So they are going to file again which will take another 6-8 week to make decision. I wanted to know what will happen if they apply my PERM after 06-JUN-2015 (which is 5 yr on H1 ).
1) Will I be able to stay after JUN-16
2) If I go to UK, CANADA and India. MY H1B expiry date will be change from JUN-16 to next date for which I am out of country ?
3) if my PERM is applied in 20-JUN-15, do I need to go to India on JUN-16 and come back once I have approved I-140 ?
Please help me in this regard.
