    H1B Visa stamping outside of Home country

    Hi,

    I am in Vietnam on work permit for the last four months. I have an approved H1B,but not stamped yet. I am now getting transferred it to a different employer. Is it possible to go for stamping in Vietnam itself or should i travel to Home country for that?
