My L1 to H1 COS is in process in premium and received the receipt#. My employer attorney missed to file my wife's L2 to H4 COS along with my H1 COS. Employer attorney is saying that they have filed now but they are not able to provide any confirmation/proof.
1.Can I file another I-539 as I am not sure if they have already filed or not?
2.Can I withdraw one of the I-539 later on if I receive 2 receipt#?
3.Can my wife stay in US just on behalf of H4 COS application filing, if we don't get receipt# before my H1B approval comes?
4.What kind of confirmation can I ask from my employer attorney as a submission proof that they have filed H4 COS?
