    Need help for h1b transfer

    I am working in a startup company under h1b visa now.
    While the boss wants to transfer my h1b to another company owned by him, with the same job title.
    I'm wondering when filing a h1b transfer petition, will USCIS refer previous case? is it ok for me to use the same petition letter?
    Anybody knows? Thanks !
