AM i eligible for H1B CAP EXEMPT QUOTA?
Hi All,
I am eligible for H1B CAP exempt quota ?
I used my H1B from oct-2007 to sept-2010 (complete 3 years of H1B) , after i came back to India, now i wanna apply H1B (2016) again, now am i eligible under H1B cap exempt quota or i need to apply fresh H1B though lottery system?
