My H1 transfer to company B is rejected and i am working with a client through this company. Attorney said they will file a MTR , my old employer Company A did not withdraw my H1 , do i need to go back to them if i need to keep working for this client? or can i stay with company B and work for the client until a decision is made on the MTR? Pls help
