My friend had H1b visa. His employer terminated his H1b visa without letting him know. When he came to know about it, he applied to community college for F1 visa. Now USCIS notified him with "Denial Application". How long he can stay in U.S.? If he get married with person who has H1b visa, can he apply for dependent visa? Please let me know ASAP!!!
