Hi All,
I have a valid H1 stamped visa, but have never travelled to US. I have following queries:
1. Is it transferable to any company/consultant in India?, Can my previous employer refuse this transfer.
2. I have been approched by HTC global services to transfer it, Can you please let me know is it ok to go with them.
3. Is HTC global services risky to join.
4. They want me to serve for them 2-3 months in India (period of transfer according to them), and then to US client.
5. What are the factors should I keep in mind while getting transfer negotiations with them.
