My husband is a H1B visa holder and is currently working in the US. I am searching for H1B sponsors for FY 2016. In case i find a sponsor, get my H1B filed and it gets picked in the lot, can I file for H4 to travel immediately (by May) instead of waiting for H1B stamping?
