Are O-3 (dependents for O-1) covered for the recent eligibilty extension for EAD?

I am currently on an O-3 dependent visa and my spouse is on O-1 and we are waiting for my spouse's I-140 approval soon. I would like to know if the recent eligibility extension for EAD is applicable for O-3 dependents like me as well or only the H-4 dependents. The posting from DHS does not seem to provide full details about all work visa classes. If anyone can provide me some info in this regard, it will be of a great help.
