Hi ,
I have applied for the H4 exntension for my wife on my H1 , its been 6 months we havent received the update yet. Can you please advise in this case if my wife want to travel to india , is there any possiblities she can do stamping back in india on my approved I 797.
If she can then what will be the status of her current h4 extension filled with USICS can we withdraw that? Also can she wants to change her status from H4 to F1 can she do it now even though her H4 extenstion is in processing or she has to weait fot the h4 extenstion to get approved?
