I need to fill a W7 form to apply ITIN number for my wife and daughter for 2014 tax return. in 2014, my status changed from F1 to H1B and my family status was changed to H4 accordingly. On W7 form, it's required to fill visa type and number, Should I fill H4 for still use F2, if H4, we do not know H4 number? (Since we entered USA, we have never left USA, and thus on our passport the visa type is still F1/F2). Looking forward to your advice. Thanks for your time.
