H4 approved can travel when H1 has moved to different employer
Hope one of you can help me out.
I have my H1 with employer A and I am in US working for a client. My depends wife & kid have their H4 approved with the employer A but they haven't travelled to USA once, they are in India.
If I switch employment while I am in US to a new employer B how would it impact my wife & travels to US?
- Can they travel anytime after I get the H1 transfer receipt number with employer B?
OR
-Can they travel once I get my i797 approved with the new employer B?
OR
- Do they have go for stamping (mandatory) again before they could travel?
Please let me know, what is the feasible solution.
