I am currently on petition of company A. My last day with them is 03.31.2015
Company B has sponsored my new petition, I can start with them based on petition number after 03.31.2015? They have filed in normal processing.
Company C also wants to file a petition for me but they may not be able to file it before 03.31.2015
Company C also doesn't allow you to join based on petition number.
My question is that if Company C files after 03.31.2015, in premium processing. Will the petition be treated independently and response will be given in two weeks or will the response be given after the decision has been made for petition by company B?
