H1B Visa Transfer - Old Employer
Hi All,
I work for Employer A and i have received an offer from Employer B and B has filed my H1B petition and it has been approved. Now Employer A wants to retain me . Can i continue to work with Employer A even after petition of Employer B has been approved by USCIS.
If Yes , can Employer B take Legal actions against me since i didnot join the organization.
