Hello Everyone
Employer A sponsored my H1b visa which is valid till Sept 2015 means i have H1B visa stamped till Sept 2015 and i have recently changed my job to a new Employer B. My question here is about my travel plan. I am planning to visit India for a week in June, 2015. Do you guys think there will be a problem in my return travel if i don't get my H1b visa re-stamped with the new Employer B petition.
Employer A visa is stamped till Sept 2015 and got a new I-797 from Employer B which starts from Jan, 2015 till Sept, 2017. I am going just for a week so don wanna dig into visa stamping process just to save time.
