H1 Visa Amendmend RFE Return to Original Location where initial petition filed
Hi,
I have filed a petition in Chicago and worked for 8 months and moved to Austin after I got Amended LCA and started working for different client.
My occupation title has changed while doing amendment. Now I got the RFE. They asked for multiple question and client letter.
Client is not willing to provide the letter in the expected format due to their legal constraint .
So Now My employer asked me to move back to Chicago and work for the same client( Austin Client).
In this case Do I need to submit amendment again? What are the consequences..
Will it be a issue if they don't submit the valid response to RFE?
Is that meant I have worked in Austin for 6 months illegally?
What will be the impact to my H1.
What are the available options for me now? Please advise
