Hi,
My H1B transfer got denial with Employer B. I did not join till date with Company B until my H1B transfer got approved.
I am still working with my present Employer A and did not resign yet. So what will be my current status?
Am I still maintaining my current status as legal and authorized to stay?
Do I have to again re-establish employee – employer relationship by getting a new offer letter with Employer A?
I hope you can give me some advice on this.
