Query on First time H1b Stamping in India

Hi,

I went to USA on H4 and got a job there & my employer filed for my H1b when i was in USA.

I worked for that employer [my 1st H1B] - from 2012-2013
I changed job after 1 year [my 2nd H1B] - from 2013-2015 September.
My employer already filed my H1B extension[my 3rd H1B] and it got approved recently - from 2015 October - 2018.

I came to India for a vacation now and i need to go for H1B visa stamping for the first time next month.

My query is for DS160 i need to mention just the latest H1B receipt number for the stamping or my 2nd H1B receipt number.
Also in that case Visa officer can give Visa stamping only till September 2015 or he can give stamping till 2018.

You need to mention your latest H1B approval notice's number. Provide both old (2nd petition that is unexpired) and the new petition to the Visa officer (New first, followed by the old one below). Your visa will be issued till the new petition expiry date. Also, you need to show both the new and old petitions at the POE.
