Hi guys,
Please help me with the following questions.
1. I'm currently working on Cap-exempt H1B for Employer A which is a non profit organization. Employer B filed a H1B under Cap Subject quota and it got approved and will start from October 1. I got a job offer from Employer C which is a for profit org and requires Cab Subject H1B. Now that I have an approved H1B under Cap Subject quota from Employer B, Can Employer C file a H1B transfer even before I start working for Employer B.
2. I'm also working for Employer D as part-time on concurrent H1B. Does Employer D need to do anything after I switch the job to make to sure I can continue working for him.
