I got a RFE for the H1B transfer. Here is my story.
Started work for a consult company (company A) from Feb 2014. At the end of Feb 2015, I lost the position with the client and out of status for about one month. At the end of March 2015, company A landed another job for me and I started work with the receipt notice. Within one month or two, I found another direct hire position with company B and started to work for them with the approval notice for the new petition. At the same time I also got another offer from company C. Because the pay from company C is much better than the one from company B, I started work for company C with the receipt notice after about one month I joined company B. Now the petition with company C got a RFE. I haven't get the paper letter in mail yet so I don't know what exact evidence that USCIS needs. I am just wonder if it could be related to the one month out of status time. Please give your opinion based on your experience. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
