I am new this group and need advice from experienced people.
I came to USA in H1B visa sponsored by employer A in 2014 March 1 and the petition, visa and I-94 valid till 2016 September. I was working at a customer sites through another vendor
In 2015 April I have transferred my H1 visa to another company (Employer B) and they placed me to another customer in a different city. H1 amendment also done stating the new client location as the location was different from LCA what they have used to file my H1 during transfer. They also did H4 petition for my dependents where as I didn't have any H4 from my first company (employer A)
Now I have decided to go back to my employer A almost after 5 months as they haven't revoked/cancelled earlier petition and planning to join the same client which I have worked earlier.
My questions are
1. When I join back employer A, do they have to communicate to USCIS about my return?
2. Should employer A apply for another H4 petition for my family as their current H4 petition may be revoked by employer B when I leave them
3. If employer A amend my H1 petition with client location details, will there be any risk for my H1 status here since I was not employed with them for last 5 months?
4. Do you think any risk in going back to Employer A after 5 months of separation from them?
