Hi,
I had my H1B visa interview in Chennai on Sep 16th 2015.
VO: Q1: Tell me about where you work, designation and salary.
Me: A1: Answered appropriately about my work/company in the US.
VO: Q2: Did you study in the USA
Me: A2: Yes
VO: Q3: Were you on legal status while studying
Me: A3: I was on F1
VO: Q4: They may ask you a question or 2 about that but thats normal
VO: Your visa is approved. Here is a document about you rights as a worker in the US(kept my passport)
I am a little worried about Q4. Who and when will they ask me more questions. How will they communicate-email or mail? Is my visa fully approved or only after they ask and I answer the questions?
I did not get any slip of any color.
