Hi,
I am a H1B VISA holder. One of our friends who is on F1 Visa was using my address for mailing purposes. I did not mind as it was just for mailing purpose. He used that for his OPT card also. He has got an RFE asking for residential proofs along with the dates. He is asking me to sign an attestation document saying that he is living with us for the past 2 months. he is not on our lease and I am not sure to sign the attestation as it may create headaches for me. Is there any solution for this kind of issue
