Hi,
I am on H4. My husband's H1B got rejected on jan 2015. His company initiated for new extension. Now his new extension got approved till 2017 based on the location , where we applied for H1B extension. Now we moved to other location in US. I am planning to go to india. While coming back i need to go for stamping for H4 extension. So will there be any problem if i go with my husband's current I-797 copy(which is valid till 2017)? I am worried like our H1 extension was approved based on one location and now i need to submit the pay stubs of other location during stamping.
Will there be any chance of rejection in stamping considering our previous VISA extension rejection in USA or change of location?
Please reply ASAP as i need to travel in october.
